As a client of Intimate Matchmaking, you are free to cancel your Intimate Matchmaking membership at any time. This request to cancel your membership is done by sending a – Request to cancel membership – email to cancellation@Intimatematchmaking.com. Upon receipt of your email, your membership will be considered cancelled.
Membership fees are payable at the time of signing the membership agreement. Should you request and Intimate Matchmaking agree to a payment plan to facilitate the payment of your membership fees, full payment of the membership fees is payable regardless of your continuance with Intimate Matchmaking
By executing the membership agreement, you acknowledge you are purchasing ongoing services from Intimate Matchmaking, Whether or not any matches results in a date and any dates result in a relationship before you have enjoyed the number of dates or introductions offered in your membership, you shall not be entitled to a refund of monies paid or be relieved of your monetary obligations. You will also acknowledge and understand this same policy applies in the event of cancellation of your membership at your request or that of Intimate Matchmaking.
