Disclosure and Use of Personal Information

Intimate Matchmaking does not sell, loan, assign or otherwise disclose a member’s personal information to third parties. In fact, with the exception of those circumstances set out below, Intimate Matchmaking does not disclose personal information to anyone unless expressly authorized to do so by the member. However, there may be certain circumstances in which Intimate Matchmaking is required to disclose member’s personal information. For example, Intimate Matchmaking can be required to release member’s personal information where compelled to do so by competent governmental or judicial authorities, and may release such information to governmental authorities in order to protect the member, Intimate Matchmaking, its employees or agents, or in the event of a merger or (subject to the execution of a confidentiality agreement) a sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the Intimate Matchmaking business operations to another company or entity.
